Senior Accountant/Accountant, Population Health Campus - NHG Pharmacy Senior Accountant/Accountant, Population Health Campus - NHG Pharmacy You will support the HOD by analyzing and providing financial information to enable management to make well-informed decisions. Major Duties and Responsibilities Yearly projection and budgeting Liaise with the relevant department to collate and rationalize the requirements Simulate the projected and budgeted financials Submit templates to cluster Prepare budget paper and budget presentation slides Prepare and upload the approved budget into the budgeting and financial system Communicate approved budget to relevant departments Involve in monthly and year-end closing Analyse monthly variances between actual and budget Prepare monthly management reports Submit monthly templates to cluster Update various reports for indicators to support decision-making and evaluation Other duties Prepare and submit reports to MOHH and other government agency Involve in internal and external audits Check and approve payment request Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer Involve in workplace improvement projects/ activities as and when required Job Requirements Education/Experience Degree in Accountancy / ACCA with 5-10 years of working experience with at least 2-3 relevant experience especially in budget/forecast, management reporting and variance analysis Strong business acumen and analysis skills Experience with SAP and Hyperion Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Working experience in the healthcare industry would be an advantage Personal Attributes Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently A good team player Able to strive in a fast-paced and changing environment Company information Registration No. 200002150H Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
