Senior Accountant - 6 Month Contract

This is a contract role which oversees financial operations including managing monthly accounts, cashflow forecasts and audits. This role will be focused on delivering various finance projects and ensuring they are rolled out efficiently.Reporting to the Group Financial Controller the key responsibilities will include:Monthly management accountsMonthly P&L and cashflow reforecastMonthly performance reportAudit coordination and supportCompleting month end reporting processes including balance sheet reconciliationsStatutory compliance – Review PAYE, FBT and GSTAssisting the business in the ongoing improvement of its financial processes and reporting systemsAd hoc duties to support the Group Financial ControllerThe ideal candidate will be a NZ Chartered Accountant of CPA qualified who is ideally Big 4 trained. Your technical accounting skills will be second to none.
