What your role and typical day might look like Our Senior Account Manager – Social Media helps to develop social media strategies and solutions for our clients while enjoying a dynamic and hybrid role . While no tw o days are the same, you'll be c ollaborating with people across the creative and wider dentsu Aotearoa whanau , p lay ing a lead role in facilitating strategic development, content guidance , project management and nurturing client relationshi ps.
Tasked with supporting and developing client , supplier and partner relationships , your day s might look something like this - 40% Project Management, 40% strategy development and 20% ideation . Amongst this you'll be presenting strategic concepts and results to clients that demonstrate the value of our award winning dentsu Creative talent.
R esponsibilities include Playing a l ead role in develop ing creative brief s for social, ensuring that it is aligned to the agreed strategy and on brand for the client.
Be our resident social platform expert, apply ing knowledge of latest trends, platform developments and effective social content and strateg ies for perfect for today 's audiences .
Project manage the end-to-end delivery of the social content workstreams , from client brief to executio n and post campaign analysis.
Bring together and c ollaborate closely with our dentsu M edia and dentsu Creative production team s to deliver integrated social projects and solutions .
Nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective problem solving, communicat ion of concepts , developing goals and milestones , and reporting .
Create accurate estimates for each project and manage the delivery to ensure the project comes in on budget, time and to a hi gh quality.
Actively seek new business , support pitches and/or new project work to help the agency grow.
A bit about you E xperience working in a creative/advertising agency in a social media led rol e .
P roven experience in developing social strategy and content development with leading brands .
Highly organized and a b le to effectively multitask across different projects , bringing clients, team members and external partners together to deliver effective campaigns .
Confident presenter and p roactive communic ator, show casing a high level of attention to detail , ability to formulate and share ideas , translate requirements , and deliver exceptional results to create unforgettable campaigns .
Excellent stakeholder management skills . T he nature of our work is dynamic, so you'll be comfortable working with constantly changing requirements with creative problem solving.
An eye for research , data and insights , using an evidence-based approach to back decision making , tracking progress and presenting campaign results.
