Job DescriptionAbout the Role Responsible for driving performance metrics and first-class 4P execution across a key KHC portfolio. Supporting leadership of a strategic partnership with a major New Zealand retail customer, this role is seen as a trusted customer partner both internally and externally. This role will support the Customer Director in driving best practice across the account.
Lead 4P execution of all KHC strategies in portfolio, exceeding sales, profit, investment, distribution, market share, forecasting and engagement targets.Drive and execute strategic medium-term customer Joint Value Plans, connecting Customer and KHC strategy to drive mutual growth and value.Lead specific customer agenda within your KHC portfolio. Responsible for driving cross-functional customer orientation, collaboration and execution within portfolio.Champion data-driven insight generation to support KHC strategic imperatives and persuasive selling both internally and externally with customer.About You Strong background in FMCG.Experience working with large retailers. Demonstrates positivity, resilience, problem-solving, proactivity and initiative within their team.
