Security Technician

BlueLine Security is a local family owned and operated company who specialises in Intruder Alarm Access Control amp CCTV Security Systems while also maintaining a range of other Audio Visual Radio Public Address Computer amp Network Systems We have a large client base across a wide range of industries including residential commercial industrial and government We are based in Lower Hutt and operate across the Central amp Lower North Island with our main service area being the Greater Wellington Region For more information on who we are and what we do visit www bluelinesecurity co nz nbsp Due to continued growth and high demand we are looking to employ a qualified and experienced Security Technician to join our successful and ever growing team The role is on a permanent full time basis of 40hrs per week with standard working hours of 08 00am to 04 30pm Monday to Friday If desired the option to work longer hours and or Saturdays will be available dependent on the workload at the time All relevant equipment will be supplied including a mobile phone laptop hand tools power tools ladders testers uniform PPE and a vehicle Ongoing training will also be provided The hourly rate will be negotiated based on your skill qualification and industry experience nbsp The role involves dealing directly with clients while working in both supervised and unsupervised environments so you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills while having the ability to self motivate and self organise Strong time management and attention to detail is also a must nbsp The ideal candidate will have a current COA and at least three years of work experience installing maintaining troubleshooting and repairing Intruder Alarm Access Control and CCTV Security Systems Experience with the main brands of these systems is a must for which include Paradox Bosch DSC Inner Range Gallagher Hikvision and Uniview nbsp If this sounds like you please send your CV to nbsp recruitment bluelinesecurity co nz
