Position On Site Security Controls Analyst Division Alpha RecruitmentJob Type TempLocation Auckland - CentralRef# CHN8978945Posted 3 May 2024Close off 16 May 2024 Our client is looking for a Security Controls Analyst to provide a critical, non-operational, link between the delivery of current security arrangements, the successful impact of these arrangements in mitigating security-safety risks across the organisation, and the consideration of changing environments, social context, and identification of new risks in the ongoing mitigation of security safety risk. This is not a Cyber Security role and is for On-site Security. 
This role is for 6 months but has the potential to go permanent for the right person. It is full-time, Monday - Friday, and based in Grafton. There will be some work-from-home hours possible once you're up to speed. This role requires someone to start immediately! 
The primary purpose of this role: Security dashboards - The capture and publication of statistical data to provide Executive and Board visibility and understanding of current and trending levels of security-safety across the organisation.Implementation of Standard of Care (SOC) metrics.Security Management Plans will be developed for all ADHB DirectoratesFinancial Analysis -Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track spend against budget.Develop models for the costing and evaluation of new security initiatives.Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget; analysis of current costs; projected increases; and cost of new initiativesDevelop and maintain Security SOPs.Work with the Security Training Officer in the successful implementation of new SOPs.To be Successful in this role:  You must have a robust understanding of Excel, especially formulasCompetent in the rest of the Microsoft Office suiteCompetent in VisioImportant not to mess up existing data, not over-communicate findings, and great with building relationships within the Management teamIf this contract role sounds of interest, please get in touch now to find out more.
