We are looking for an efficient administrator with outstanding communication and organisational skills to join our clinical services support team. You will provide administrative support to our consultants and clinical teams. This will include accurate data management and maintenance of our patient information system, managing elective surgery bookings via wait-lists, and ensure the efficient and accurate processing of documentation. You may also be required to undertake typing of medical documents.
This is a permanent part-time position working 48 hours a fortnight (0.6FTE). Hours of work will be spread over three days between 8.00AM and 5.00PM.
The starting salary for this role is $45,580 pro rata per annum (i.e. based on a 40 hour week). Our preferred applicant may be required to undertake a computer skills assessment.

You’ll respect the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality and will have demonstrated the ability to manage a busy workload. You’ll be bright, outgoing and possess excellent interpersonal skills, and will provide a consistently high standard of customer service to our team. It’s essential that have a sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite and are a competent typist (50+ wpm). Dictaphone experience and knowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous.
