Our kitchen prides itself on consistently producing food of a very high standard. It is also an excellent way to work hard and save through our short tourism season.The role is working alongside our Head Chef. It will include:Working closely with a head chef across a range of duties.Undertaking general kitchen duties – prepare and serve breakfasts, lunches and evening meals to consistently high standards.Work with limited supervision in a modern and well maintained kitchenBeing a harmoniously part of a small team living and working together in an isolated location.
