By strengthening relationships and creating more positive home and school environments, we remove barriers to engagement and improve students' chances to achieve at school and beyond.The Ministry of Education is committed to inclusive practice and all our PB4L initiatives aim to encourage pro-social behaviour that leads to improved learner engagement and achievement.PB4L Schoolwide is a whole school approach to improving learner behaviour and achievement. Schoolwide Practitioners provide training and ongoing coaching to school leaders and schoolwide teams set up within the school. They work together to implement consistent and sustainable behaviour support systems that promote quality teaching and learning.The location of this role could be based at either of the Kerikeri or Kaitaia offices in the Tai Tokerau region, offering a fantastic lifestyle and work-life balance opportunity in one of New Zealand's most stunning and diverse regions.Salary range: $67,928 - $115,000 per annum + 3% kiwi saver.
