Scaffolder

Your duties are to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding equipment and associated services to residential,primary, marine, commercial and civil industries across a wide variety of environments and locations.The right applicant will be involved in all aspects of the scaffolding process, assisting our leading hands to complete jobs, carry out the inspection process and make sure everyone works to our health andsafety standards.The successful applicant(s) must;Have a National Certificate in Scaffolding (Elementary) (Level 3) qualification with Certificate ofCompetency OR equivalent international qualificationHave a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience of working in scaffolding industry is essentialA clean NZ full drivers' licence – Class 2 or 4 or equivalent would be an advantageBe confident working with Layher ScaffoldHave a strong Health and Safety work ethicBe able to complete Pre-Employment and ongoing Drug and Alcohol TestingWhat we offer:Rate of pay $30.00 per hourMinimum 40 hours per weekOvertime and penal ratesPermanent roleOrdinary working days and hours from Monday to Friday,Overtime rates Saturday and Sunday.On-going training and developmentA fun, positive and supportive working environment
