Come join our SAP Business & Optimization team as a SAP Systems Specialist! This opportunity will provide exposure to our global business as we continue to implement SAP across all of our sites. We are looking for passionate individual with functional APO experience who can hit the ground running and contribute to our growing SAP environment.
Reporting to the SAP Systems Lead, the SAP Systems Specialist will provide SAP expertise in both projects and escalated support capacity. Bringing proven SAP experience, the successful candidate will contribute to delivering an efficient and effective system by developing consistent global processes, continuous improvement, evolution and roll-outs.
In this role you will work closely alongside the business and Application Specialists, in a business advisor and SAP functional capacity. You will need to demonstrate a background working on large SAP projects and/or environments with an excellent understanding of our business process and technical solutions. Key responsibilities include working with our Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure their ERP and business needs are achieved, identifying gaps in future state and assisting with business processes and training. You will have the ability to understand, interrogate and maintain the APO master data to ensure the smooth running of operations.
As a strong communicator, you are enthusiastic about the major focus of this role being SAP expertise in your module(s), management of relationships at all levels within our global organisation, and solving difficult problems with a calm and results driven focus.

Functional experience in SAP APO
Project management and stakeholder management skills
Proven business engagement skill
Research and design experience
Change management and strong communications skills
SAP support experience
