Establish and agree delivery road maps, milestones, methodologies and governance that meets the scope and goals of the client.
Connect, collaborate and lead on and off shore teams, bringing together a robust team to deliver cross functional SAP solutions to clients throughout New Zealand and Asia Pacific.
Manage budget, scope and timelines are on track. Provide visibility on progress by reporting, tracking and resolving issues, changes and risks with internal and external stakeholders.
Using your excellent stakeholder and communication skills to report upwards to steering committees and stakeholders, ensuring alignment to strategic initiatives, high engagement and confidence in the transformation programme.
Manage, lead and mentor a team of direct and indirect reports, ensuring cohesion, respect and support of the programme team internally and externally.
Supporting bids and RFP proposals to support future pipeline of work.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
Has delivered at least two full lifecycle large scale SAP programmes with enterprise clients locally or globally Experience delivering at least one green field and/or S4/HANA programmes highly beneficial.
Experience delivering SAP solutions using both or a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies (Activate and ASAP). Appropriate project and programme management certifications beneficial.
A subject matter expert within a core SAP work stream (Financials, Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay or manufacturing). Knowledge of best practices in a particular industry domain will be helpful.
Open communication style which encourages change management initiatives, fosters inclusion and gains trust with stakeholders across all levels internally and externally.
Ability to connect, collaborate and lead a team of cross functional on and offshore specialists to help deliver a single vision focused on client satisfaction.
