Job Description:
As the Platform Team Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a governance framework for the Salesforce platform. You'll be focused on security and performance of the Salesforce platform, as well as leading and mentoring a talented team.

Responsibilities: Lead the Salesforce platform capabilitiesEstablish and drive platform governance, and enforce standardsLead a team of Salesforce Admins & AnalystsLead a talented team of Salesforce specialistsStakeholder and vendor managementImplement and report on KPIs for the team Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience leading Salesforce platform teams.Strong experience with Salesforce platform standards and governanceExperience working in a multiple-org Salesforce landscape.Excellent planning and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skisExperience managing and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.Salesforce certifications are a bonus
