The roleThis role is mostly an internal sales role, where you will be building and nurturing relationships with your clients in the industry. These relationships are both established and new relationships focused on providing solutions and advise to your clients. You will also be part of the team to travel to trade shows across the country, meeting clients and suppliers face to face. Some of your responsibilities include: Conducting daily calls to clients and increasing sales and brand awareness through telephone, email and face to face communication.Identifying customer needs, recommending products and ensuring they have a positive experience.Build on established and new relationships with customers, distributors and retailers to optimise awareness of products, customer satisfaction and quality of service.Attend trade shows, tastings and presentations to showcase quality products and create customer demand.Be involved in new product development and work as a collaborative team member across marketing and other divisions.General administrative duties About youYou will need to: Have +/- 2 years' experience in a sales / call centre / customer service roleEnjoy doing sales, calling clients and meeting with potential clients.Have a positive attitude, be confident and able to communicate with people of all cultures and at all levels.Able to travel to trade shows across the country.Eager to learn and grow.
