Sales Support / Front Of House

We are seeking a bright, energetic and outgoing person to join our team. Based in Napier for over 45 years Brebner Print is one of the largest printers in the central North Island. Our team takes pride in providing quality print services to the local, national and international markets. We have a permanent full-time position available for an enthusiastic, friendly, confident Sales Support / Front of House person. You will be responsible for giving our customers exceptional service, will work closely with our Regional Account Manager based in Hamilton and support our local sales team. This role requires dealing with clients via phone, email and in person, processing online orders, quotes and jobs, invoicing and a range of administration tasks, but most importantly building rapport and strong relationships with our clients.  We are looking for someone who is dedicated to their role as this position has great potential to grow. Print Industry experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given to the successful candidate. The successful candidate will need: - A positive attitude and willingness to learn. The ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
