As a Sales and Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, both face to face and over the phone, and supporting the wider sales team from their modern showroom in Christchurch.
You will be facilitating the processing of customer orders, sales, and quotes, whilst also responding to customer queries via phone and email and face to face. You will also be the face of the company, and respond to any customers and clients that walk into the showroom. Key responsibilities:
Providing a great customer experience to customers in person, over the telephone and email
Problem-solving and providing outcomes that benefit all parties involved
Ability to be resourceful and think outside of the box
Strong Microsfot Office capabilities
Able to effectively prioritise and manage time and workloads
Having an innovative mindset and is willing to help out to ensure all areas of the business are successful
Interpreting data and information to make informed decisions
