As a Sales Representative, you will join a tight-knit sales team and play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients in the construction sector. This position requires someone with strong customer service and communication skills, who is eager to excel in sales and account management within a supportive team environment.Key Responsibilities:Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and promote our flooring products.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.Cover the showroom floor as a main point of contact.Take on account management duties, nurturing long-term partnerships with key clients.Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and growth within the industry.Requirements:Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or retail.Must currently reside in Christchurch, NZ.Exceptional communication skills, with high level fluency in English.Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.Proactive and driven, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Company Culture:Our company values teamwork and collaboration.
