Sales Rep – Construction

This role is based in the Cromwell office and will require travel around the Central Otago territory. What's in it for you? Competitive salary package + full use vehicle + uncapped commission Central Otago location – great work-life balance Locally owned and operated, well-established team Tasks and Responsibilities: Promoting and selling solutions to a diverse client base Developing and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of customers, especially residential and commercial builders Understanding client needs and providing recommendations of solutions – including taking accurate measurements Actively prospecting for new business opportunities Prepare and present sales proposals and close sales to achieve targets and revenue goals Skills and Experience Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management (within the construction or trades industry would be advantageous, although not essential) A strong understanding of the sales process and end to end management of this Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Resilient and target driven Valid, full, New Zealand drivers' licence is essential This is a key role within this organisation and we are looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
