Account & Relationship Management (Sales) At Quentosity, we're all about the experience. We specialise in website design & development, lead generation, branding & print, SEO & SEM and social media marketing. We have a portfolio of ~400 clients, and as our Sales & Relationship Builder (NZ), you will ensure our New Zealand based clients are fully supported with their digital requirements, while meeting your KPIs. Responsibilities: Spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive continuous improvement and meet sales targets. Develop excellent relationships with NZ based clients to ensure client retention, and to unlock new business opportunities through customer referrals. Lead by example through exceeding own KPIs and sales targets. Skills & Abilities: Track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets at a national level. Extensive experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Experience in data analytics for tracking sales performance and ability to make data driven decisions. Methodical approach to work & able to multi task and prioritise workload. About you: A highly driven sales person with proven results. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and staff. Well-developed critical thinking skills with the ability to understand, meet, and exceed the client's business requirements. Salary – by negotiation. Full time permanent position – 40 hours per week Monday – Friday. Work from home options by negotiation. Potential to develop quickly into the NZ Sales Manager role.
