THE OPPORTUNITY A unique full-time opportunity presents for an experienced and motivated Sales & Project Manager to join Stratco's established and successful Cromwell based team. Reporting to the Central Otago Manager, you will be responsible for profitably growing Stratco's market share of roofing, rainwater goods, flashings and fencing sales in Central Otago. A key factor in maintaining and delivering that sales growth will be the hands on project management of roofing and cladding installations for the branch. RESPONSIBILITIES Achieving sales, growth and profit plans by actively seeking new business and providing exceptional service to existing customersConducting sales calls to prospective and existing customersManaging internal staff and contractors to deliver supply and install contracts on time and to a high qualityWorking within our Occupational Health and Safety Policies, Guidelines and Procedures ABOUT YOU Skilled in project managementAbility to thrive in a highly competitive industryA strong understanding of the building & construction sector, ideally with experience in the installation of building envelope productsAbility to build a strong rapport and credibility with customers, contractors and internal stakeholdersPractical and hands-on approachA commitment to workplace safetyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOUR PHILOSHOPHY Whilst manufacturing is our foundation, our team is our future.
