If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to the success of a small yet ambitious company, then this role is the perfect fit for you. The role: As the Sales & Operations Coordinator, you will play an important role in driving the international and national wholesale operations and coordinating delivery cycles. Collaborating with the Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to foster relationships with key accounts in Australia and support the planning and execution of pricing, promotions, and customer support. Supporting the Key Account Manager and Sales Manager in the smooth functioning of the sales processes nationally and internationally, responsibilities include: Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to monitor inventoryLiaise with 3PLs and customers on delivery timings, inquiries and out of stocksTake a pivotal responsibility in Australian wholesale operations, planning delivery cycles, and managing pricing and promotions with support of the Sales ManagerFoster relationships with key accounts and stakeholdersInform customers of company products/services, and identify sales opportunitiesSupport for sales presentations, reports, proposals, sales events and trade showsWith a balance of mostly operations and some sales responsibilities, you will experience continuous mentorship and development, with ample room for personal and professional growth. On offer: Alongside the truly inspirational leadership of the Founder and Director, this role reports to the Sales Manager who is ready to impart a wealth of international knowledge to you.
