Sales & Marketing Officer

A leading housing association operating across the South West are seeking a permanent Sales & Marketing Officer to assist with delivering the organisations sales programme from an operational perspective and input new marketing strategies.The Sales & Marketing Offier will be responsible for assisting with reservations for direct sales and shared ownership options, progresing the sales of homes as well as assist with new marketing strategies to promote the sales of new homes.Additional duties will be:Support to the sales process to ensure sales of properties go through smoothly and within required timescales;Coordinate all sales and marketing activities;Attend site sales meetings compile progress reportsThis is an exciting opportunity for a new homes sales professional to join a organisation who have an increasing build programme to help achieve their goals.
