We are currently seeking an experienced & motivated dynamic Sales Manager to lead our fantastic Christchurch sales team. This is a key role where you will bepivotal to the branch’s success by actively supporting and developing your team of Sales Consultants & Business Managers to be successful and achieve personal and branch sales targets.
You will have experience in leading a substantialteam, including coaching, developing and generally getting the best out of yourpeople. A strong sales background andproven track record of consistently delivering results is crucial forsuccess.
The key to your success will be the ability to get out and lead from thefront. This demanding and challengingrole is a terrific opportunity to make a significant impact on our well establishedand reputable organisation.
In addition to this, our successful candidate will have:
Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ supervisory/management experience in a sales environment; Proven successful sales record, target and results focused, with a proven ability to win business; Computer literate, confidence in using Outlook, Word & Excel; A full/clean Driver License.
This business operates seven days per week, so flexibility to work weekends is a key expectation and requirement of this position.
