We have anexciting opportunity for an ambitious person to jump into our Sales/Finance & Insurance role in Invercargill. Who would suit this role? Someone withexperience in a fast-paced retail sales environment, especially in the areas ofwhiteware, electronics, accessories, and encompasses. Whilst someprevious exposure to finance lending/retail sales would be highly desirable,what we are really looking for is someone who is full of positive energy, wholoves helping customers, and who has the passion and drive to make thingshappen! What does the role entail? This is an'all-rounder' role where you will be providing our customers with finance andinsurance options and also the opportunity to buy cars through the TurnersCashNow channel. With your excellent relationship building skills andconfident nature, you are able to effectively determine customer's needs andtranslate that into sales. The delivery ofhigh-quality customer service throughout the entire car sales process – from greetingand helping customers, to answering sales enquiries with great follow-up andcare, to assisting with the set-up and presentation of vehicles is an importantpart of this role The ability to work weekends isessential as these days are when the sales happen! What do we need from you? Excellent customer service skills as well as beingconfident with sales; An all-rounder, who can work at pace and happy to jumpin where needed Confidence interacting with people; Ability to work weekend days Articulate, with a good verbal and written command ofthe English language; A full/restricted drivers licence.
