Main Purpose - To deliver an exceptional experience to all clients and promote everything about the Wellington Motor Group
- To carry out day to day duties and follow process
- To ensure that the manufacture's, requirement for client satisfaction are maintained to ensure maximum scoring levels
- Client satisfaction must be a priority
- Respond to client telephone enquiries, internet enquiries and walk-ins promptly and efficiently
- Obtain all client data such as Email, Mobile Telephone number so it can be used in the CRM system
- To sell new and used cars
- Up sell other products such as Finance, Accessories and many more
- Understand the client must be a priority
Quality - Work [independently using own initiative in a busy active environment, managing own time and workflow effectively
- Present a consistently professional image to all clients through attitude, behaviour and personal appearance
