Basically anything that is not a supermarket is up for grabs. You will be a key player in our sales organization, spreading the word on all things GoodBuzz.If you have a passion for health and well-being, and are great at influencing others, lets chat.You will report directly to our National Account Manager who will support you however, you will already be skilled to hit the ground running.If being on the road, mixing in with a variety of customers throughout the regions sounds interesting then this could be the role for you.ResponsibilitiesProactively pursue new business through cold calling, door knocking, and face to face generation of new leads / opportunitiesDeveloping and nurturing existing customers – Upselling existing range – Introducing NPDMeeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs each week – Number of store visits / ordersDemonstrating a keen passion to drive the business and be an ambassador for GoodBuzz BeveragesKeep a detailed record of sales activity and follow upsCompetencies and ExperienceIdeally you have previous Sales, Merchandising or Customer Service experience in either the convenience or FMCG channel.You will be self-motivated, trust worthy and able to work autonomouslyYou will not be afraid to cold call as bringing on board new business will be keyYou will love working with different people from all walks of life and will be able to adapt your communication styles to suitA proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targetsCredibility in selling at all levels and evidence of building strong relationshipsDriven and competitive with a strong desire to overachieve.Curious, coachable, and a willingness to learn.You will have a clean full licenceJob Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per weekPay: $56,000 - $65,000 plus a great commission structureSchedule: YOU DECIDE … A schedule will be discussed with applicants but will need to be in hours/days suitable for the role ( weekdays, between 9-5 )Region: The role will focus on the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Auckland regions. Applicants may be based anywhere within, Tauranga or Rotorua would be an advantage.
