We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

The Sales Director - Off Premise is a key member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Off Premise Sales function including Impulse (P&C), Route, and Grocery and Non Traditional channels, as well as the management of Category Management, Trade Marketing and the Off Premise Field Sales team. The Sales Director - Off Premise is a highly regarded leadership role that has influence across Red Bull New Zealand as well as Red Bull Regionally & Globally.

8-10 years' experience, with proven track record in FMCG Sales Management, including Field Sales
Experience in Impulse (P&C), Grocery and Route channels is essential
Strong technical sales skills: analysis, insights, category management, forecasting etc.
Clear and proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies
A commitment to people management & development with a proven ability to build & develop talent
Successful track record in managing teams
Strong negotiating and influencing skills
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and personal values
Relationship builder with strong brand (internally and externally)
Street-wise individual who can work in a competitive category
Strong communicator and motivator
Highly numerate and analytical
Understands how to operate and build rapport with a corporate and regional matrix team
Aligned with the Culture and brand values: innovative, witty, professional, contemporary, self-ironic, ingenious and hard-working
