Sales Coordinator - Inner East

The Role:
Monday Friday, you will be working in a fast paced, high performing team. You will be responsible for:
Handling all Sales Administration
Prelisting, new listing and listing maintenance
Managing the exchanges & settlement process
Updating & managing the database
Preparing marketing collateral
Coordination of all marketing of properties listed for sale
Sending out contracts
Uploading web content
Ad hoc administration

The Candidate:
Previous experience in Real Estate is essential
The ability to provide high standards of professional service
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Immaculate presentation
A good work ethic & friendly disposition
