Permanent Sales Coordinator role - Brisbane CBD based - Paying up to $65k + Super + Free Car Park

Hays has partnered with a National Infrastructure company to find a Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

Your new role
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will showcase your natural ability for customer service and sales. Your expert communication will ensure accuracy and attention to details is maintained. Key responsibilities for this role are as follow:

Responsible for managing the commercial relationship with existing clients (both internal and external);
Report agreed KPIs to clients in line with agreed service levels;
Provide and maintain a high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities;
Responsible for managing the daily commercial activities of a portfolio of major customers;
Arrange quotations and pricing for clients in conjunction with the Operations and Sales Team
Coordinate operational movements and administrative requirements;
Ensure strong and effective communications between all areas of the business and our clients;
Marketing Coordination of events and other activities

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have a proven experience within a similar role as a Sales Coordinator or Internal Sales Representative. You will have strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to be agile and flexible depending on the clientele you're working with.

This will also be coupled with:
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills
Ability to develop and build collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Resilience and outstanding customer service skills
Marketing Coordination experience
