Hoppers are a family owned and run company formed in 1956, well know for its expertise in creating comprehensively planned lifestyle developments.Situated within the Marsden Cove waterways development, The Anchorage is a unique retirement village with a lifestyle ideal for the independent and active retiree. The Anchorage is still in development and currently approximately one third complete with all the community facilities still to come.About the roleA sales opportunity to help grow our exceptional Anchorage Village.This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for taking our sales prospects on their journey to call The Anchorage Village home. You will be responsible for working with the team to set the culture and help the village grow. You will need to be empathetic and confident as you deal with our prospects and help develop a thriving community for them to live in. We need someone with the ability to deal with a wide range of people, handle the sales process, be organised and who is willing to be "hands on" when required. Knowledge of the Retirement Villages Act, Real Estate and other relevant legislation will be helpful and your experience dealing with people will be important.
