This is a great opportunity for a high performing and motivated sales person to join a dynamic and supportive team, and further their sales career.About the role:This role will be focused on selling high end products throughout the Australian and New Zealand market, selling both B2B and B2C, this role would be well suited to someone with great sales and customer service skills. This organisation is well known throughout both NZ and AU, and has a well developed client base, you'll be tasked with managing both new and existing accounts as well as developing new business for the organisation. Some of your main duties will include:Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyaltyUnderstand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their requirements.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.Processing orders and delivering top class customer service to new and existing clients.Liaise with manufacturing and distribution teams to ensure orders are being processed correctly and get to your clients on time.About you:Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a sales and customer service role, having experience in new business development will also be highly regarded in this role. As you'll be working with customers and clients across New Zealand and Australia, having excellent communication skills and a great phone manner is a must.
