As the official distributors for Peugeot, Ford and BYD in Singapore, and a provider of extensive aftersales and roadside assistance services via our Quick Lane Service Centre, we tap on our diverse expertise to guarantee customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionPromoting and selling new & BYD vehicles (passenger cars & commercial vehicles) and ensuring that monthly and annual sales quotas are being met.Developing and maintaining relationships of clients with / E-Auto, consistently promoting and selling vehicles for usage to both new and existing customers while maintaining a good relationship with them on behalf of the company.Communicate with customers in monitoring outstanding paymentsCommunicate with admin on registration, PDI & paymentsCommunicate with PDI personnel on new vehicle deliveryLiaising with banks for loan approval and insurance companies for insurance quotesEnsure all trade-in, finance, and insurance are through an in-house panelProspecting sessions with management to update on sales progressMaintain and upkeep the cleanliness and appearance of the Sales Showroom, Display & Test Drive vehiclesMaintain operations standards according to Company policies setServe walk-in BYD customers (including conducting test drives) and tap into own networks / existing customers to achieve Sales quotasActive canvassing of B2B clients (including corporate clients, businesses, leasing & fleet operators etc) to achieve corporate and fleet salesConsistent engagement with B2B clients with product updates, new promotions, new products, and new opportunitiesFollow up on assigned web inquiriesSubmit used vehicle quotes & liaise with VPO for all car trade-insKey in leads, test drives & update prospects into SalesForce system.Advise customers on bank loan and insurance schemes availableSubmission of all documents relating to the new vehicle, used vehicles, loan, insurance, COE bids, registration, delivery, PDI, and customers' special requestsChecking of customers' cars before deliveryRequirementMinimum O / A Levels / Diploma in Business or equivalentPresentation SkillsCustomer Oriented with strong Customer Service SkillsSime Darby Motors is the automotive arm of Sime Darby.
