What you will do:
As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our clients mission to keep NZ connected when it matters most. You will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, both with existing customers and by establishing new accounts. Your ability to build strong, credible relationships will be key in ensuring repeat and sustainable long-term business.
Qualify and generate sales opportunities for existing and new customersEstablish new accounts by building credible relationships to maximise repeat and sustainable long-term businessProvide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periodsGive feedback on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customersImplement appropriate strategies and mitigation to ensure minimum Customer ChurnMaintain regular and consistent contact with customers with appropriate levels of focusWork closely with the Customer Delivery team to ensure good customer journeysBuild and maintain solid two-way relationships with the customerWork with the wider sales team on prospecting potential new business opportunitiesWhat you will bring:
