Sales & Service Manager
As a Farmers Manager you will be at the forefront of the action, inspiring your team to give the very best level of customer service, coaching individuals to build their skills, whilst delivering measurable results. You will handle pressure in a calm and collected manner, but know when to up the ante to instil a culture of excellence and passion for what we do.
We are looking for a superstar who:
Adhere to our customer service standards so that every customer is greeted and provided with exceptional world class serviceCan motivate and inspire teams to achieve sales successIs a natural leader and mentor, and will embed our customer service philosophy in their teamHas a background in performance management and coaching teams and individualsCan ensure operational processes are met and deliver outcomes
The position is for 80 hours per fortnight and will involve working weekends, early starts, and late nights as part of the management roster.
