What will you be doing? Our customers are our compass. You will interact with our New Zealand-based customers about insurance benefits, exclusions, and policy options, or follow up on existing customer queries through the customer channel of choice - moving seamlessly between Digital and Phone interactions. In this role, you'll work within our risk framework to provide the right cover for our customers every time.
This is an in-office role, and you will be required to work in the office for a minimum of three days per week, these days will be set by the practice lead. Recruitment Process  Tower follows a fair and equitable recruitment process which consists of the following: 
Candidates will be contacted and required to attend our assessment centre which will be held on Thursday 23 May 2024, hosted at 136 Fanshawe, AucklandAfter completion of the assessment center, candidates will be contacted and informed if they will be progressing to the next step. Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide their references.Setting you up for success You will start with 4 weeks of full-time paid training to get you up to speed. The training hours are Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm, which will commence on your first day, Monday 1 July 2024.
You will then move onto a rotating roster, working 7.5-hour shifts totaling 37.5 hours a week and on average one weekend day per month. Rosters are set up at least 4 weeks in advance to give you certainty in planning your life outside of work.
You must be available to start on Monday 1 July 2024 and have no planned leave within the first 4 weeks of training.  What you'll need to be successful in this role To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate:
