With established plans already underway to roll out even more exciting new products , this is great time to join a successful team and advance your career!What we can offer you:• Work/life balance and flexibility including WFH days• A purpose driven organization with a fun and vibrant culture• Opportunity for future career development• Access to 24/7 free counselling services for you and your family• Apply now for a flexible start date!About the role:Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager (New Zealand) for day-to-day operations and activities, the Marketing Specialist (New Zealand) would also have a dotted reporting line to the Head of Marketing & Communications as well as working closely with the wider ANZ marketing team and agency partners.The Sales & Marketing Specialist (NZ) role is a newly created position, to assist with the appropriate localisation of marketing messages and development of New Zealand specific marketing assets and to support the ongoing development of the GWM brand in New Zealand.This role will be the primary contact point for NZ dealer marketing enquiries (and support sales activities) and represent the NZ regional voice in wider ANZ marketing discussions as part of the wider ANZ marketing team based in Melbourne. This will include co-ordination of dealer council feedback on marketing related issues and opportunities.To ensure that any NZ-specific marketing activity is aligned with wider global and regional brand strategy and activities, the Marketing Specialist (NZ) would participate in regular ANZ marketing meetings including marketing team WIP meetings, agency WIP meetings and ad-hoc strategy and creative meetings as required.Key responsibilities would include but are not limited to:• Assistance with development of New Zealand specific marketing collateral• Act as Dealer Business Manager (DBM) for Auckland dealers to support sales and marketing activities• Dealer liaison for LAM marketing plans and claims• Dealer liaison for local marketing material and sponsorship opportunities• Dealer visits to review marketing material used in-house and highlight improvements• Co-ordination of dealer council meetings and gathering dealer feedback on marketing issues• Oversee New Zealand website and highlight any errors for correction with AU team (or if corrections can be rectified locally)• Monitor dealer websites to ensure they are CI compliant• Provide feedback to the ANZ Marketing Team on local competitor activities• Manage Press bookings for Press Fleet (and arrange grooming/fuel etc)• Manage local Press relationships• Local contact for sponsorship opportunities / activation / vehicle management (if applicable)• Manage Press/Demo Fleet vehicles for FMO appraisals• Assistance with product launches and events• Assistance with other sales and marketing functions and activities as requiredSkills and Experience Required:A thorough knowledge of core business systems such as Microsoft Office including Excel and Powerpoint is essentialThe ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a degree in marketing or business (or related field) with a minimum of 2 years professional work experience.An interest in automotive is preferred but not essentialThe ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment and as part of a wider team to deliver results is a must.Able to take direction and generate positive outcomes using all available resources, including agency partnersThe successful candidate would become a valuable member of a growing marketing team representing one of Australia's fastest growing auto brands!If this sounds like you APPLY NOW!Role Type#J-18808-Ljbffr
