Marketing Assistants/Coordinators (Marketing & Communications) Hughes Developments is a values-driven, family owned and operated property development company based in Christchurch.  Established in 1986, the company specialises in building and marketing residential subdivisions, as well as delivering industrial and commercial property developments. One of their earliest developments was Northwood in Belfast/Harewood, and the largest of their developments to date is Faringdon in Rolleston.  The business is boutique and nimble, with a small close-knit team that collaborates closely with preferred specialists and partners. In preparation for the next phase in its growth, Hughes Developments has created a new role to bolster the capability and capacity within the business. Role Purpose To support the Sales and Marketing functions of the Hughes Developments business and to ultimately deliver a positive and consistent brand experience across all channels and touchpoints. Role Description This position has responsibility for administrative tasks to support the Sales and Marketing functions within, and associated with, the Hughes Developments business. The role has the mandate to: Co-ordinate with other team members and external partners to deliver advertising campaigns, marketing collateral and a consistent brand profile across all market channels Maintain the social media profile and content of the brand and its developments, collaborating with external specialists to deliver a communications calendar and appropriately respond to any comments and queries Collaborate effectively with the operational team to streamline and optimise internal systems and processes impacting on client communication and experience Provide efficient and friendly customer service via phone, email and other communication channels Manage and update all website content and provide monthly Google Analytics reporting Provide administrative support to deliver all sales tools, documentation and proposals  Ensure all marketing materials and customer touchpoints are up-to-date and fit-for-purpose Co-ordinate any functions and events such as show home openings, industry events and promotions Undertake other associated administrative tasks from time-to-time as required Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM (Salesforce) and provide regular reporting  Key People Interaction Managing Director External Agency/Consultants Key Performance Indicators Timely, accurate and effective communication across all platforms (traditional and digital) Social media growth measured in engagement and followers  Successful implementation of media campaigns based on agreed ROIs Marketing budget management (as appropriate) Website statistics including traffic and lead generation Achievement of customer acquisition and NPS rates Internal stakeholder and client feedback Education A tertiary qualification in Marketing or related disciplines is preferred. Qualities and Experience Proven organisational and time management skills  Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with social media marketing  Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems What Is On Offer This is an exciting entry-level role with potential to learn and develop within a supportive and professional working environment.
