The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of sales processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking and problem-solving. Some of your main duties will include:Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders, ensuring all details are correct and entered into the system promptly.Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support, resolving issues and answering questions about products and orders.Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and managing sales documentation.Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of products.Database Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.About you:Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in a similar sales administration or sales role. This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering great customer service, and has great attention to detail. Experience in customer service or sales within the agricultural industry is preferred for this role although this is not completely necessary. You'll also need to be a great team player, with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
