What you'll achieveAs a Sales and Business Development Manager you will be part of our responsible and dedicated Sales and Business Development team to drive our New Zealand sales focus. Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will: Drive sales of Dedalus solutions across New Zealand to meet sales and revenue targets. Increase market share and penetration of the Dedalus solutions. Create and lead execution of territory business plans and initiatives. Demonstrates ability to review, reflect and redirect the plan in accordance with business priorities. Create and maintain relationships across the Client base and manage responsiveness to customers and identify areas for improvements in service, staffing and operations that will increase customer satisfaction. Ensures Dedalus sales tools are consistently utilized and updated.Aligns Dedalus capabilities cross-functionally to support the customer experience and the selling journey. Here's what you'll need to succeed:Essential RequirementsBachelor's degree or an appropriate combination of education and experience Experience working with a healthcare vendor or healthcare employer. Minimum of 10-15 years' experience in complex sales environments.Understanding of the NZ Healthcare sector and strong understanding of software sales and the role software plays in clinical and administrative workflows.Extensive connections within the NZ Health system.Has excellent communication skills, enjoys dealing with a wide range of stakeholders (both internal and external) and understands the level of detail needed to ensure success. You are comfortable dealing with C-Suite, technical and clinical staff. You are a team player while embracing the individual responsibility a Sales Lead role attracts.
