We are looking for an inspirational leader with a strong nursing and quality background, transforming and further modernising the way in which our nursing and allied health services work. You will be a strong, credible leader who has an understanding of or is proficient with Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM).
You will work as part of the Nursing Directorate, working closely with the Director of Nursing, and Hospital Leadership Team. You will drive the CCDM Programme to ensure it is fully implemented by June 2021.
In order to be considered applicants should have the following:
Relevant tertiary qualification is essential.
Certificate and experience in adult teaching.
Proven experience in implementing quality improvements or designated senior nursing, midwifery or allied health role.
Working knowledge of validated patient acuity system.
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications coupled with data literacy and numeracy.
Project Management training and experience.
Quality Improvement and change management knowledge and/or experience.
Operational understanding of staff and budget rosters.
Excellent written, verbal and organisational skills with attention to detail.
