We are currently recruiting for a part-time Pastoral Support to be a part of the People and Capability team based in Kerikeri and reporting to the RSE Pastoral Support Team Leader. This role will be for 24 hours a week, working on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with occasional additional hours where required.As the Pastoral Support, you will enjoy a varied role engaging and supporting our diverse workforce employed through the Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) Programme. Your primary responsibility will be to provide pastoral support that aligns both with our obligations as a Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) and our internal practice and policy that continuously strives to "select excellence" in all that we do.
