In a Team that uses Agile delivery processes you will lead engagements focused on assessing and improving processes/controls relied on to manage business risks and achieve desired business performance.As a team we report to the Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee. The Team operates under the leadership of the Risk, Internal Audit and Fraud (RIAF) Lead.We operate in a fast-paced environment where the stakes are high and the opportunity to add value is frequent. As a result, we have a lot of fun and get to use lots of innovation in our processes and approaches.Performance Competency AreasTechnical risk and audit skills to scope and execute reviews.Team support skills to help others and improve our own delivery processes.Ability to manage challenges and deliver consistent high-quality results.Polished engagement and influencing skills.Excellent communication skills (e.g. presentations, reports, work-papers and files).Takes personal ownership of growth and development.Performance ExpectationsConsistently scope and execute 2-4 engagements from the approved plan each 90 days.Generate 4 to 6 value-adding insights from each engagement that improve business performance (e.g. improved understanding of business risks, internal control design and delivery governance).Overcome delivery challenges by planning and adapting for situational developments (e.g. difficult customers, complex subjects, short timeframes, availability with contacts).Communicate effectively with all stakeholders so that all relevant people such as the RIAF Lead and Management understand the scope, status of the engagement, findings and key actions that are required next (e.g. excellent reports, meeting preparations and supporting file content).Engage and build relationships whilst maintaining objectivity and independence.Successfully get people to accept and take actions on your insights in accordance with the agreed timeframes.Consistently apply the RIAF Team's agile playbook (e.g. ADO workflow content, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives).Support others in the RIAF Team to complete their reviews and role model the team values.Work with the RIAF Lead to update and deliver on your individual upskilling plan objectives.About you:It's our culture which makes Spark such a great place to work so we will be looking for individuals that contribute to that.
