Reporting to the Health, Safety and Risk Manager, you will play a key role in developing risk management strategies that align with our strategic objectives and mission.You'll take the lead on training related to risk management, delivering comprehensive reporting to the Board and other stakeholders, and facilitating the development of operational risk profiles with different teams.Develop and support the implementation of risk management frameworks, processes, and tools.Facilitate the identification, analysis, and monitoring of strategic, operational, and project risks.Engage in future and horizon scanning to proactively identify and mitigate emerging risks.Build and maintain effective relationships across the organization, championing a culture of risk awareness and management.Your strong understanding of risk management methodologies, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops will support you to deliver key initiatives.You will have exceptional relationship management skills and be able to advise and support kaimahi at all levels, while bringing them along on the journey with you. You'll also enjoy using your critical analysis skills to make well informed decisions.
