Your new role
Work within a team of RF Engineers while solely engaging in RF network optimization tasks in relation to network delivery and rollout. You will be responsible for analysing KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality problems as well as neighbour relations and implementation of corrections.
Solely handle customer complaints related to network rollout and report preparation and acceptance from customer as per SLA.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need a minimum of 2 years' experience in RF Optimization for LTE/UMTS along with knowledge of VoLTE optimization and troubleshooting, as well as load balancing among carriers, multi-layering strategy. Experience with end-user / customer problem handling and investigation.
You will be a results orientated individual that is a team player with exceptional communication skills and focus on product quality and customer satisfaction.
