The opportunity
At FBNZ we are proud guardians of some of NZ’s most loved, iconic and
delicious brands. We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to hold responsibility
for pricing strategy and processes. You will look after the three components of
unlocking pricing value:price pack architecture, effective promotions, and
trade spend management. Working with other areas of the business to realise
consumer needs and influence strategy, you will put your strategic pricing,
category insights, and data analysis expertise to excellent use!
Key responsibilities include:
Facilitate and manage planning, budgeting and forecasting – manage pricing
changes across various categories
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives – challenge the status
quo and identify areas for improvement to uplift current performance
Thought leadership - in relation to product pricing, promotional
effectiveness and customer investment to maximise business revenue potential
What you’ll bring and develop
This is a high-profile and impactful role and a technical pricing background
within a FMCG or retail background would be ideal. You will also be a key
influencer who can manage senior stakeholders and delegate workflow across
multiple teams. You will be known for your ability to take initiative,
establish trust and influence at all levels. Your extensive commercial and
pricing expertise and technical skillset will help you to hit the ground
running and achieve high-impact right from the start!
Key skills:
Robust commercial pricing expertise – ability to create product pricing
strategies and manage promotional effectiveness
Conduct analysis and provide reporting to create sound commercial insights to
the business
Experience across large-scale and international FMCG businesses or retail
industry background
Ability to influence and manage stakeholders of all levels across a complex
business that operates within ambiguous environment
