About the Role: In the position of Travel Manager, you will use your travel knowledge to contribute to a growing business, leading the team on sales, and service culture. At the same time, you will leverage your people skills and financial management to build a strong team, and develop strong relationships with the local businesses, and residential community in the CBD and surrounding suburbs.

As the Travel Manager, you will be accountable for Developing the team to achieve excellence in customer service, sales & margin growth.Achieving personal gross sales and margin, while leading the team members to achieve their individual targets, and together the store target.Maximising the use of Resworld, Air Tickets, GONet, Ready Rooms, and Cruise Pro in-house systems to increase productivity.Accurate financial management and adherence to budgets.Ensuring that the use of preferred suppliers meets the 80% target of total sales.The Successful management of the store and teamAchieving store, personal and team sales, margin and growth targets. Growth of the Customer DatabaseAchieving budgets for cost maintenance amd salesCompleting administrative tasks in a timely mannerOrganising and attending in-store consumer events on a regular basisAll about you: To be successful in this role you will have:
