NZsale part of the MySale Group PLC is a leading international online retailer with established websites in Australia and New Zealand We have a dedicated team of buyers located in Australia who work hard to find our customers the best deals possible In addition to our large online business we have 2 successful outlet stores selling high end fashion in Takapuna and Rotorua We are now seeking an experienced Full Time Retail Sales Assistant in our Takapuna Store As a Retail Sales Assistant at NZsale you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service Customers will always be your number one priority and making sure that every customer has a fantastic experience in store will be your main priority You will work with the team to deliver budgets process stock and assist with merchandising as well as making the store always look amazing Being in store you are the face of the brand vibrant fastpaced and passionate about fashion Key Responsibilities Responsible for providing exceptional customer service ensuring stock is attractively displayed maintaining safety procedures to minimise shrinkage and processing sales Ensuring that the sale shop has sufficient stock and is displayed professionally at all times Management of casual staff on weekends or when Area Store Manager is not on Point of sales transactions Contributing to meeting the instore and personal sales targets Dealing with varying customer requests including returns and exchanges Ensure stock is available in store including stock replenishment taking deliveries and displaying to enable maximisation of sales and customer choice Ensuring store is neat and tidy secure and safe each day Manage and communicate markdowns of stock to Store Manager Knowledge of products to assist with customer queries Assist in marketing as advertising sale promotions on social media Assist with new store set up as required Additional duties as required The ideal candidate Has a passion for customer service You love going out of your way for your customers Ideally you will have worked in a retail store with a knowledge for brands and fashion You must be available to work a roster that may include weekends early mornings and or evenings Has excellent communication skills Since the weekends are our busiest trading days this role will require you to work over the weekends however the rosters allows for flexibility in rostered days off which from time to time will include weekend days off Apply for this great role today
