The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, knowledgeable about our products and able to assist in driving sales. As a Retail Shoe Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting them in finding the right shoes, answering their questions, and making recommendations based on their needs. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and assistance to customers • Ensure the store is clean, organized and visually appealing • Maintain knowledge of our products and stay up-to-date with industry trends • Assist in achieving sales targets and goals • Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments • Participate in inventory management and restocking of merchandise • Attend training sessions and meetings as required • Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in retail sales preferred • Knowledge of footwear products and industry trends • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Good organizational and time-management skills • Basic math and computer skills If you have a passion for footwear and enjoy interacting with customers, we would love to hear from you.
