Retail Security Personnel

Working on a Permanent Full-time basis at a East Auckland Shopping Centre, Red Badge Group are looking for highly motivated & well-presented individuals who can bring their customer service & people skills to our team!As we continue to grow, we currently have multiple opportunities for individuals who were wanting a change, to develop & grow or are starting to progress a career in security!What's in it for you: Full Time Permanent roles – day & night shifts.Both Leadership and Guarding roles available. Flexibility – must be available to work at least one weekend day & cover shifts when required.You can work under pressure and is reliable, confident & honest.Strong communication skills to be able to interact and communicate with the client and take directives.Possess the ability to engage & build relationships with a diverse range of people.Possess a professional work ethic and desire to take responsibility.Strong focus on delivering high quality security-solutions.Excellent verbal & written English communication skills and attention to detail.Physical fitness – able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
