Retail Sales Manager/ Store Manager

The candidate must be able to work but not limited to:·     Assuring that customer service is prompt and that stock levels and services are of high quality.·     Must be able to cope up with the purchasing and marketing policies including setting the prices of stocks.·     To promote and advertise the goods and services provided by our company.·     Advising the customers for services and product use along with selling the goods and services.·     To carefully maintain the records of the levels of the available stocks and financial transactions.·     Identifying appropriate actions and planning the budgeting for the establishment.·     To precisely control the selection and training of the staff including the supervising the staff carefully while training.·     Must ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.·     Establishing and enforcing safety and security procedures The successful candidate must have a clean driving & criminal record.The applicants must be a New Zealand citizen, resident or have valid work rights.
